You agree to use Boost Provider's SMM panel services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating intellectual property rights or the terms of service of social media platforms. You will not upload anything into the Boost Provider site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive for continuous availability, Boost Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

Boost Provider will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

Boost Provider DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are estimates. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use Boost Provider at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or you being banned for late delivery.

Refund Policy

After adding ad fund to Boost Provider.Com you need to take the service. If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method. And cannot take any legal action for refund.You must take the service. If you agree to the terms, add an ad fund. Thank you.

After orders placed in Boost Provider will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Boost Provider account if the order is non-deliverable.

TERMINATION

Boost Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and intellectual property associated with our SMM panel are owned by Boost Provider . You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law

Use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use are subject to the laws of the Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceedings related to or arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts and/or tribunals in the Bangladesh

Note 1: Never call to the number because those are other peoples account and we use them as a rent. If you call then they should block you!

Boost Provider is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep your attention!
